RideSuite is simple for transport providers to set up and even easier to use. Our 5-step setup guide explains all you need to know! Our experienced team is on-hand to support you via forums, in-app chat, knowledge base articles and telephone support where necessary.

Create an admin user and a basic business profile (you can add more information later).
Gather information such as registration, insurance and VIN numbers. Then add your drivers and vehicles to RideHQ and you are good to go.
Set an email forwarding rule within your business email account to redirect email to RideSuite.
RideSuite automatically import bookings from several leading transport organisers. Speak to your Key Account Manager about adding support for other brands that you work with.
Assign a ride in RideSchedule by dragging it to the correct driver. Click Publish to share ride details with your drivers. Drivers follow simple step-by-step in-app instructions to complete each ride.
