Driver app integrations
The RideSuite Driver App is fully integrated with the RideSuite core platform. New jobs are assigned from RideSchedule and updated if there are changes. In this way, office-based staff can see driver locations within RideReact and message them via our integrated chat application. The app allows drivers to launch turn-by-turn navigation by Google, Apple or Waze. If you would like to see deeper integrations with core smartphone functions or other applications, please post your suggestions on our customer forum. How can we help?
Businesses pay a monthly or annual subscription fee for each employee or driver working for their organisation. This fee includes use of the RideSuite Driver’s App. Better still, by upgrading your business to a Pro subscription, drivers and office-based users can access flight status notifications and other premium features.
RideSuite is designed for transport companies with at least one person responsible for assigning work to a team of drivers. New bookings are sent to the company’s online account, where they are validated, accepted and then assigned to a driver by a dispatcher. In this way, office teams ensure drivers receive all the information they need to complete the job.
