Ride Allocation

First and foremost, RideManager is a powerful allocation system for distributing bookings to transport service providers, or the intermediaries in your supply chain.  

The platform can be used to allocate rides manually. This is a great way to get started, and useful when you are using RideManager to coordinate complex itineraries. However, in most cases, and to maximise efficiency, we recommend setting RideManager to process orders automatically.

Refine your processes by adding custom logic to fine tune the behaviour of our allocation algorithm, or create exception rules for the rides that you wish to review and process manually.

RideSuite can be deployed locally or internationally. Use RideManager to oversee event transport to and from a conference, or at a global scale to manage an international supplier network.

By standardising your fulfillment processes, you will reduces costs, eliminates errors and simplify your billing processes.

Supplier preselection

RideManager identifies suitable suppliers from your network based on the route and vehicle type within the order.

How can we help?

In manual allocation mode, RideManager suggests suitable suppliers for each booking, but does not automatically allocate rides. Alternatively, use the rules engine to automatically allocate rides that meet certain criteria. If this is a key feature for your business, please contact a member of our team to discuss this feature in greater detail.

Rides allocated via RideManager appear in the RideInbox account of the recipient. If they agree to perform the job, the ride will be moved to RideHQ. The Unresolved in RideManager tab shows rides that have been rejected or cancelled, and those which have yet been processed by your suppliers.

An alert is created if a ride is rejected or cancelled, or the due date is near.
