Schedule with confidence
With RideSchedule you can plan the work of a dozen drivers in just a few short minutes. The intuitive drag-and-drop daily planner makes assigning rides feel like child's play! The duration of each ride is automatically calculated from historical data amassed from thousands of similar rides. By considering the specific time of day and day of week, RideSchedule helps you build a more accurate daily plan. The assignment process is semi-automated, with RideSchedule's intelligent algorithm running numerous calculations and checks in the background. The planner view ensures dispatchers won't double-book drivers, but the algorithm also checks driver shifts and recalculates working hours each time a new ride is assigned. Our intelligent RideSchedule algorithm also calculates the time required for the driver to travel from their previous drop-off to the next pick-up. This additional check ensures dispatchers won't schedule rides too close together.
Finding the optimal plan is often a matter of trial and error. Fortunately, swapping rides between drivers is easy with RideSchedule. Any job can be reassigned by simply dragging the ride up or down the list. The algorithm recalculates itineraries for the losing and winning drivers and automatically updates the planner. If there are any inconsistencies spotted by the algorithm, RideSchedule will immediately alert the dispatcher. Once the dispatcher has finished preparing their plan, they click 'Publish' to share it with drivers. Each driver will find details of the rides they were assigned inside the driver app. Banish spreadsheets, emails and text messages from your daily planning process, it's time to switch to RideSchedule.

There is no fixed limit to the number of drivers you can add to RideSchedule, but for operational reasons we suggest larger organisations will want to segment drivers into teams. Contact a member of our team discuss the options in detail.
Using RideHQ, a ride can be directly assigned, at any time, to any one of your drivers. As last minute bookings affect scheduling decisions, RideSchedule is designed to help you bulk schedule rides up to three days in advance. Most customers prefer to prepare their schedule the evening before each day.
RideSchedule allows you to create weekly recurring shift patterns, custom shift plans for the weeks ahead and adjust daily shifts as necessary. Shifts acts as guide rules within the scheduler, helping you to respect agreed working hours. RideSchedule displays the journey time to a drivers first collection and the trip back to the depot or their home if applicable.
